Thank you for the video!! Somehow I find it extremely weird that such a disruptive camera isn't blowing up on youtube. So is the whole "low dynamic range" debacle that some YTbers have been mentioning a lie? or is it just an exaggeration that won't really affect most people's normal use? The footage you shared looked incredible and a lot of the noise can be almost removed in post.

The 24-120 F4 lens looks really sharp.

Influncers: photography doesn't require expensive camera or accessories.. Again influencers with an expensive camera: meh! not really built for photographers. Just for normal uses of the beginners and if you just want an upgrade from the phone camera...!

What lens did you use for the vlog scenes? 18-55?

The camera does not have a 20 megapixel sensor. It is 16 megapixels. This leads me to think that you gave not done your homework and this is merely a hack video which is a regurgitation of the standard specs. No comment on how this is different from to non "s" model. By the way it's "there are two" not "there is two". Your grammar is also pior quality.

I have Lumix S2x and 50mm 1.8 lens , so what is your opinion if i buy this lens as well , will it be fully enough both those lens for all scenarios in real world?

A with all digital cameras nowadays, the most annoying this is that us photographers, have to pay for video features that we never use Can any manufacturer just produce a camera that just takes photos, which was their original intent?

Hello! Great video! With this lens you can take nice portraits with bokeh? I don’t know if I need this zoom lens or go with a 50mm prime lens for my Sony a6700, what would you recommend? I already have the Sigma 10-18mm f 2.8. I trust 100% your opinion and I let you choose what’s best for me as a newbie 🙏🏼🙏🏼. Maybe pairing the 10-18mm with a prime is better or would you choose this 18-50mm to pair with the other zoom? Thanks so much!!!!! ❤

It worked nicely for a while but no there is no sound signal from the mic out and cable to the camera. Only from the headphones out... and many have this issue

I dont think i would ever use that nd filter ill use a real one.

I have the Sony camera adapter with mine…… fits to the rx then connects to camera on the hotshoe (no wires required)

Hi. Respectfully the V10 is a dog of a device. I get that Canon is good to you but not being straight about the negatives of the V10 is just unforgivable. Shall I list them all? I think you know. Most users would be better off with even their aged cell phone.

Awesome camera I wish it have a little more megapixel around 30, I know it a sports, wildlife, and journalist camera.

Another review where the narration and video sequence don't match each other. The girl talks about the lens being sharp from edge to edge for landscapes. In the video we see a photo of the flowers at open aperture with a blurred background. Yes, I realize that meticulousness of the level of Gerald Undon, for example, is the exception in today's youtube. Who will look at these charts and graphs - the consumer understands nothing about them. But this level of discrepancy between words and examples is something from religion - take our word for it, because look how cool and awesome it is - can it shoot badly? Yes it can, in a number of scenarios. This lens is a set of compromises. And at open aperture, it's not sharp enough for 32 megapixels at cropped. It can handle 24. I'm not talking about specific color reproduction of sigma, microcontrast, and sigma's specialty - the object against the blurred background looks as if it was pasted there by collage, and all because of the specific features of the transition from sharp image to blur zone.

Really enjoyed watching this. I was at BNH over the weekend and actually was able to try the V10 and I’ll tell you. It is an amazing little camera that is so underrated. I think I’m gonna pick one up and you’re right. It’s just like a cell phone experience that none of the other login cameras really give you. The video quality looks great great job. How would state the performance of the AF in this now? I think it was decent when it first came out but I’m unsure if it was made worse like the other cameras.

Looks like a great lens but definitely not one you’d want to use for filming bmx/skateboarding. Tricks can take a very long time to land and holding the camera with that lens will be a pain. Plus you’re risking a lot with an expensive lens in an environment prone to damage. Additionally, 15mm doesn’t look to be wide enough to get up and close to the rider. The 12mm rokinon f2.8 is my choice for filming bmx.

Is there a way to process RAW images? Or you only shoot jpg? Your answer would save me.

Believe me when I tell you that unless you exclusively use After Effects with your video projects, save yourself money and headache and ditch Adobe. Almost everything about Davinci is better than Adobe. As a full time video person I only use Adobe when after effects is involved.

I bought this camera earlier this year and really REALLY love it. My only frustration (and you mentioned this) is the sheer quantity of options in their massive menu. I constantly fight with trying to find the proper menus when I want to try something new. I found the Live Comp mode to be THE most fun and it seems to be highly versatile, especially if you don't mind using ND filters to work more in daylight. (the included 4 stops are NOT enough for most daylight work though) Overall, you are spot on about the battery life and I now own 3 batteries to counter this issue. They are small enough to fit in any sized camera bag/case. Now to start learning about how to utilize Pro-capture and the Hi_Res features... Cheers!

Excellent review this lens in unmatched right now when it comes to price and quality. It's a shame there isn't IS but let's see how it performs on the r50 when I get it.

I've had the same issue here with my thumb constantly pressing the buttons on the side. I'm considering returning it and purchasing a different camera because of this.

I have some difficulties to make a stable footage. You don't use gimbal, but it seems that you record very short footage, maybe you don't have the time to be shaky 😅
